In recent years he has been successful in ministering to the Soviet Union, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland and Yugoslavia, preaching and delivering copies of the Bible behind the Iron Curtain.
Evening festivities on Nov. 8 will begin at 7 p.m. with a covered dish supper in Mt. Lebanon’s new assembly hall. Pastor John Warren requests that friends and neighors bring an entree, salad or dessert. Ladies of the church will provide beverages and silverware.
Rev. Poysti will speak in the sanctuary at about 8 p.m. The public is invited.
