Dec. 31 Leathercoat’s second Virginia Food and Wine Tasting. A selection of wines, among them local wines from Naked Mountain, Piedmont, Meredyth, and Oakencroft, will be paired with locally produced trout, squab, lamb and goat’s cheese appetizers. Serving from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. $25.00 per person. Leathercoat’s Thanksgiving Week menu will feature game meats. American and imported red varietal wines will be available to,accompany your selection. Thanksgiving dinner will be served from 12:00 Noon - 7:00 p.m. Caviar Tasting. Varieties of caviar will be featured as an accompaniment to our menus throughout the month. Please call to inquire about menus for specific dates. New Year’s Eve at Leathercoat will feature Live Jazz Music and Special Fixed Price Menus in both the Cafe and Formal Dining Room. For your convenience and enjoyment, we will have both early and late reservations available. Our last seating will be at 10:30 p.m.
