A subcommittee was formed to research and make recommendations in regard to drafting of bylaws. Subcommittee members are Ann and Pat Saltonstall.
Rather than adopt American Humane Association (AHA) bylaws verbatim, Sakalaucks and Saltonstall plan to get copies of humane society bylaws from neighboring counties, review them and AHA bylaw guidelines, and “tailor (them) to our needs,” Saltonstall recommended.
