Tammy Jenkins of Sperryville, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Jenkins, Sr. was united in marriage to Robert L. Jenkins, Jr. of Culpeper, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Jenkins, Sr. on Sunday, July 8 at 2 p.m. at the Woodland United Methodist Church.
The Rev. Stephen Combs of Culpeper performed the double ring, candlelight ceremony.
The wedding musk was played by Faye Price and Tommy Dowell sang, “We’ve Only Just Begun.” Jackie Bobbit was wedding coordinator.
by brother, Dick Jenkins of Manassas. ‘ The bride wore a formal length gown of white lace with a pleated skirt and lace jacket with a full length veil. Her bouquet consisted of white sweetheart roses in green ivy.
Margaret Wharton of Culpeper, cousin of the groom was maid of honor. She wore a formal gown of light blue lace with a pleated skirt and carried a bouquet of blue sweetheart roses.
Bridesmaids were Phyliss and Melissa Jenkins, both sisters of the groom and from Madison and Monica Sisk of Sperryville, sister of the bride. Their foramal length dresses were light blue and they carried bouquets of light blue sweetheart roses.
Robert L. Jenkins, Sr. of Culpeper served as best man for his son.
