Some comments published last week in a letter to the editor from Roger E. Kidwell of Flint Hill raised concern about fairness of reporting on the part of the Rappahannock Newt. In an effort to be objective, the Rappahannock News looked into three issues raised by Mr. Kidwell in regard to construction on the property of Pat Saltonstall of Flint Hill. Those issues are: number of septic tanks, health department inspections and the nature of the dwelling.
