In a report on the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) meeting of August 22, Zoning Administrator David Konick was misquoted while responding to a complaint of a possible zoning ordinance violation. The text of his remarks, according to the BZA transcript, reads: “...there’s been some mention of the fact that' Ms. Saltonstall’s attorney says I,, can’t come qn the property to make an inspection, and, frankly, I don’t blame them, because there isn’t any basis for me at this point in time to believe that she’s violating the zoning ordinance. She’s perfectly free to build whatever she wants, arrange it however she wants with as many bathrooms, as many electric meters; and I have said this before
