James Woodard
Retired Dairyman James Anderson Woodard, 84, of Rixeyville, died on Wednesday, September 12 at Culpeper Health Care Center. Mr. Woodard was a native of Rappahannock County and a retired dairyman.
Graveside services were conducted on Monday at Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper by the Rev. Steve Combs. Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
