Apple, honey-pecan brand muffin (From Beverly Atkins) 1 cup Fiber One cereal 1 cup skim milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil legg 11/4 cups all purpose flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 to 3/4 cup honey 1/2 cup pecans 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups diced apples 2 Tbsp. cinnamon Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom only of 12 medium muffin cups. Combine cereal and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Beat egg and oil together. Add to mixture. Stir in remaining ingredients
