The Rappahannock County Democratic Committee has announced that its annual fall fundraiser will be held at Montpelier, home of James W. Fletcher, at 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 5.
Guests will include Kay Slaughter, Democratic candidate for Congress, Margaret Haynes and Tom Michie, Democratic candidates for the state senate and Jerry Wood, Democratic candidate for the Virginia House of Delegates.
County Democratic Chairman Doug Baumgardner, in announcing the date and location for the Democratic fundraiser, expressed his gratitude to Jim Bill Fletcher for making Montpelier available to the Democratic Party.
