An adult has been arrested and charged as an accessory after the fact in connection with the recent arson case at Stuart Filed. The case is still under investigation by the Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office to determine if anyone else was involved in the incident.
Sheriff Gary Settle said Eugenia Lyne Haught, 32, of Amissville was arrested for disposal of evidence. She was taken before the magistrate and released on bond.
Settle said another arrest, of a second juvenile involved in the same incident, may be forthcoming.
