Attend hearing
After several years of work, some agonizing, a great deal of listening and personal contemplation, the Rappahannock County Planning Commission has a proposal for amendments to the Conservation Zoning District Regulations.
Not all are happy with the proposal but it will go forward for public hearing next month.
Any county resident who has an opinion about this proposal should attend that hearing. The commission, has worked long and hard, they have listened and have come up with what they believe is a good proposal all can live with.
If approved after the public hearing it will then go to the board of supervisors for consideration. The commission will meet Oct. 15 at 7:30 p.m. Plan to be there.
