Thorpe resides in Luray and has been a professional artist for over 40 years. He studied at The National Art School in Washington, D.C. and was president of August Design, a visual communications company specializing in illustration and design.
His prior experience included 30 years as art director, illustrator, and designer for several prominent Washington, D.C. corporations.
Cost for the 12 week fall session, which will run from Oct. 1 to Dec. 17, is $215.
