while seeking personal improvement in a favorite hobby: riding horses.

Libby has four horses: Izzy, Vila, E’lian and Libby. Izzy is a little Arabian and the other three are large, beautiful European “warm bloods.”

Although she has enjoyed riding for more than 30 years, she. always had trouble sitting out the trot — keeping her left leg laying on the horse’s side in dressage. According to Libby, after just one session of N.O.T., she was able to turn her leg to a 90-degree angle, while before she was unable to go past a 45degree angle. Now she “sits out the trot” just fine.

For people suffering from chronic pain or loss of mobility following an accident, the effectiveness of N.O.T. can be even more dramatic.

During an accident, Libby explained, there is a rush of adrenalin arid the body is put into a “fight or flight” syndrome. Even when no bones are broken, muscle pain and stiflriess can persist for years. There are no automatic “reset buttons” to help the body recover; the function of N.O.T. is to identify an individual’s built-in“reset buttons” and switch it back to “on.”

“The wisdom of the body is all there — God didn’t make mistakes,” Libby remarked.
