The Amissville Ruritans yard sale will be held this Saturday, Sept. 27, at Stuart Field from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The proceeds will be used to offset the cost of completing the inside of the Ruritan building. After it is finished, the building will be available to the community for a nominal fee.
Adults interested in becoming a Girl Scout Leader are encouraged to contact Culpeper Service Unit Leader Sherry Wildman at 937-4875. Training is scheduled to begin this month.
The Jeffersonton Community Center is having their annual Fall Craft Fair and Ruritan BBQ lunch this Saturday, Sept, 27. The lunch will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the Craft Fair will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tables are available for crafters for $10.
