Next month, legendary songwriter, poet and storyteller Charles John Quarto will team up with Rappahannock’s own stellar performers Paul Reisler and Trapezoid for a soaring weekend of music and song.
On Oct. 11 and 12, Quarto arid Reisler will offer a songwriting workshop at Ki Theatre, leading students down the paths of self-discovery and creative exploration to find the words and music in their hearts. 1 Says Reisler, Song Camp Weekend in the Country is about “how these fit together, how they inspire one another, arid how they work to create the powerful experience of a great song.” - It features a public concert by Reisler and Quarto, at 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11.
