Rappahannock’s Miner League baseball team won their third Fauquier Fall Baseball League game Saturday, Sept. 20 to move their record to 3-0. •,

Rappahannock beat Warrenton team No. 5 13-0 ;in five and a half innings. Warrenton team No. 5 was the best team they have faced in two years of play in the fall league. Rappahannock’s team played a simply perfect game, and did not allow a single runner past second base.

Rappahannock had another week of great pitching performances from Jacob Dodson and Alex Sharp. Dodson pitched three perfect innings, striking out four batters while not allowing a hit or giving up a walk. Sharp came on -fn relief and threw three great innings. Sharp struck out three batters while not allowing a hit and walking two.

Dodson lead the offensive attack for Rappahannock collecting three hits and scoring one run. Ben Hahn, James Henze and Sharp had one tijt each.
