He taught pastel painting at The Art League School and drawing and etching at the National Collection of Fine Arts in Washington, D.C., and has been a professional artist for over 22 years. He has contributed articles to The Artists’ Magazine and American Artist Magazine and was honored as a winner in American Artist Magazine’s national competition in 1985.
