The First Thursday Education Support Group lives and Headwaters, the newly formed Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, have designated a task force to work with Susan McCarthy, one of the founders of the First Thursday group.
This task force, which includes Carol Johnson and Sharon Kilpatrick, with assistance from Headwater’s Executive Director Linda Tarry, will continue the tradition of holding bi-monthly meetings that focus on a particular education-related topic.
