Tailoring an exercise program to an individual is the job of a personal fitness trainer.
Keeping the routine from becoming mundane is vital to that program’s success.
Cross-training — integrating two or more exercises into a daily workout or a week-long routine — can be an effective strategy for developing a healthy body and sound mind. It makes exercise more challenging, and enjoyable.
