The Culpeper Minute Men Chapter, NSDAR, met on Tuesday, Sept. 9 at the Culpeper United Methodist Church with the Regent, Mrs. Irvin R. Kilby presiding and with Ms. Josephine Chelf and Mrs. Jane Kearns as hostesse.
