HELP DESK SPECIALIST College/technical A.A. degree or equivalent, plus two to four years experience in Help Desk/Technical support activities for midrange and PC based applications required. One to two years experience in AS400 environment, trouble shooting and problem resolution preferred, as is two to four years experience in Help Desk standards, procedures and methodologies.
Sit PROGRAMMER Must have a BS degree in Computer Science or a related field with 23 years of experience with IBM AS/400. IBAX series 4000 software experience preferred.
